Take-Off Unit The take-off unit is fabricated of M.S. Profile having a total height of 12 fts. It has 2x850mm nip rolls with manual clamping arrangement with bearing reduction gearbox, D.C. motor (1/2 H.P.) Flattening board and Irish ring.

Control Panel Consisting of 6xPID Temp. Controller, Ammetors, thermocouples, on/off switch for the entire cabinet, starter for the blower will be provided. D.C. Drive of 1/2 H.P. for Nip Roller and Winder.
